Success Story of Shaji Haider

How he was chosen:

Shaji Haider joined Axact in 2006, as an admin officer. He had applied initially for the Content Department, but upon evaluation of his profile and prior work experience, he was selected for the Administration Department.

How he got highlighted:

The key factors that highlighted Shaji at Axact included his eagerness to learn, his willingness to take up challenging opportunities, and his ability to quickly comprehend and execute tasks. Within a few months of his joining, Shaji took over responsibilities of Environment and Transport Management departments. Since all these domains were in their creation phase, there were no systems or utilities available; all the tasks were being performed manually. Shaji played a key role in the creation of processes, job descriptions and hiring of support staff in these domains.

While he was managing and developing resources in these domains, Shaji identified various ways to automate the processes for better management of work. Since Shaji was independently managing both these domains, he achieved growth and was simultaneously assigned additional domains of Compensation & Benefits and Healthcare. Always keen on seizing opportunities given by the top management, Shaji accepted these challenges and excelled in these domains as well.

Some of Shaji's Remarkable Initiatives:

Process Automation:

When Shaji joined Axact, a number of tasks were being managed manually. He played a key role in the creation and development of processes in his domains. Once the processes were developed, he moved ahead and initiated their automation.

X-TMS: In transport domain, Shaji created X-TMS system a process through which the entire process of Axactians' pick & drop, valet management, fuel management, etc, was managed with utmost efficiency.

X-EMS: Shaji created the X-EMS system where majority of environment management tasks were performed using the system. This led to smooth execution of tasks.

Appointment Management System: Shaji created the Appointment Management System which allows Axactians to schedule appointments with doctors directly from their portals.

Shaji's Formula for Success:

Shaji considers work as fun; he enjoys accomplishing projects that are challenging. This, according to him, is the key to his success at Axact.
